About Polished by Evestair
Cleaning with care, detail and a signature shine.
Polished by Evestair is a professional cleaning company supporting homes, workplaces, events and customer-facing spaces in Hampshire. Every enquiry starts with understanding the space, the required service and the standard the customer wants to achieve.
Brand story
More than a surface clean
Polished by Evestair was created around a simple idea: cleaning should leave a space feeling properly finished, not merely tidied. The business brings that approach to private homes, rented properties, offices, shops, restaurants and other commercial spaces.
The company works with residential and commercial customers, shaping each quotation around the property, service requirements, postcode and preferred timing. The goal is to provide a clear service scope from the beginning, then deliver the careful finish behind the Polished by Evestair name.
The company motto, A sparkling touch you can trust, captures the standard the brand aims to bring to every visit.
Company
The business behind the shine
Polished by Evestair Ltd is an active UK private limited company incorporated in September 2025. The company is led by director Elfleda Eve Akosua Amoatemaa Akoto and is registered under company number 16683995.
From regular domestic cleaning to more detailed property and workplace requirements, the business is building its service around reliability, attention to detail and respect for the spaces entrusted to its team.

They carried out an end-of-tenancy clean for our rental property and the results were absolutely outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough throughout. Every room was cleaned to an exceptional standard, with great attention to detail in every corner of the house. The property was left spotless and looked far better than we expected. Moving house is stressful, so having a company we could completely rely on made a huge difference. Excellent communication, fantastic service, and superb quality of work from start to finish. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a first-class cleaning company.

I booked a deep clean when I was moving out of my flat, and I’m honestly so glad I did. The team did such a thorough job, everything was spotless by the time they finished. The kitchen and bathroom looked amazing, and they even cleaned all the little corners and details I wouldn’t have thought of. It made the whole move-out process so much less stressful, and I felt really confident handing the keys back. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing an end-of-tenancy clean. Really great service.

I'm so impressed with Polished by Evestair! From the beginning, their professionalism was evident in their timely arrival, attentiveness to detail, and prompt communication. By the time they finished, my entire house felt like a brand-new one, with every surface and corner shining and gleaming. They did an eerily thorough job. A team that combines efficiency with such attention to detail and pride in their work is hard to come by. I heartily recommend Polished by Evestair if you want your house to be immaculately clean perhaps even too perfect to be natural!
