Do I need to provide cleaning products?+

Products and equipment can be brought where agreed. Tell us about any preferences or sensitivities when you request a quote.

Do you cover Hampshire?+

Yes. Polished by Evestair takes cleaning enquiries across Hampshire and confirms availability by postcode before a booking is agreed.

How is the price worked out?+

Every quotation is tailored to the space, service, frequency and scope. A transportation fee applies and will be confirmed as part of your quotation.

What happens after I send an enquiry?+

The team reviews your details, may request photographs by email if needed, provides a quotation and confirms the agreed date after the 70% deposit is received.

Do you provide cleaning products and equipment?+

We supply all cleaning products and equipment. You do not need to provide your own.

Is there a transportation fee?+

A transportation fee applies and will be confirmed in your quotation.

What days and hours are bookings available?+

Standard availability is Seven days a week, 8:30am to 6:00pm.

Do you provide out-of-hours cleaning?+

Out-of-hours cleaning may be available for an extra charge. Event cleaning can be booked at any time, subject to confirmation.

How much notice should I give?+

Please book at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day bookings may be possible depending on the service, location and availability.

Can I make a same-day booking?+

Same-day bookings may be available, depending on the service, location and team availability.

What happens if I am unhappy with the cleaning?+

Not happy with the result? Let us know within 24 hours so we can review it. Reports received after this period may incur a return-visit charge.

How does the booking process work?+

Contact us by telephone, email or the website enquiry form. Tell us what needs to be cleaned. Send photographs by email if requested. Receive a tailored quotation. Pay a 70% deposit to secure the booking. The agreed date is confirmed after the deposit is received.
